Exion for the male chest in London

A soft male chest is fat over the chest muscle or breast gland tissue, and only the fat is what the Body applicator thins; the clinician tells them apart by feel at the free consultation. In our practice the male chest is treated with the Body applicator, which warms the skin and the layer beneath with radiofrequency and targeted ultrasound with nothing through the skin. Fat or gland

Fat on the chest is soft and spreads across it; gland sits as a firmer disc behind the nipple and is a medical question that warmth does not answer. Where the clinician feels gland you are referred for the right assessment first. In our experience the fat layer thins and the skin firms as the warmth works over the weeks after the course; a firm pad you can pinch is also a fat-freezing question at our sister clinic.

The evidence

No BTL wording or study names the male chest, and we say so. The 2026 study of 23 patients with a device matching Exion Body, the fat layer 22.5% thinner at three and six months, stands for the mechanism rather than as a promise for the chest. The body page sets it out.

The session and who it suits

Skin cleaned, a conductive gel, and the handpiece moved in passes over the chest while the console holds the temperature at 40 to 45°C, in our experience 20 to 30 minutes; the skin is pink and warm afterwards. A man whose chest is fat rather than gland and whose weight is steady. Not over hair or scar tissue, not with an electronic or metal implant, and in our practice not over an active skin problem.
