What it does on the thighs
In our experience the fat layer thins and the skin firms as the warmth works over the weeks after the course. The massage attachment softens the dimpling of cellulite on the back and outer thigh for a time. The evidence
The 2026 study of 23 patients with a device matching Exion Body measured the fat layer 22.5% thinner at three and six months, without naming the area in its abstract. No study measures the thighs alone, and we say so. The body page sets out the study in full.
The session and who it suits
Skin cleaned, a conductive gel, and the handpiece moved in passes over each surface while the console holds the temperature at 40 to 45°C, in our experience 30 to 60 minutes for both thighs. The skin is pink and warm afterwards. Someone whose weight is steady with soft thighs they want smaller and firmer, or dimpling they want smoother. Not over hair or scar tissue, not with an electronic or metal implant, and in our practice not in pregnancy or breastfeeding or over an active skin problem. The sessions page sets out the course.
